Job summary

Accelera in Bozeman, MT seeks a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our production and creative team crafting luxury metal installations, cabinetry, elevators, and fireplaces for commercial and residential clients.

Responsibilities include welding with Stick, TIG, MIG, and Flux-Core, interpreting shop drawings, cutting, fitting, grinding, and assembling components from aluminum, stainless steel, steel and other alloys while maintaining quality and safety standards in a collaborative, open culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of fabrication and welding experience.
• Proficient in multiple welding techniques across metal materials.
• Experience in industrial, custom fabrication, or structural environments preferred, with relevant certifications.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
• Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Execute welding tasks using Stick, TIG, MIG, and Flux-Core.
• Construct metal assemblies from shop drawings and blueprints.
• Cut, fit, grind, and assemble components to exact specs.
• Work with aluminum, stainless steel, steel, and other alloys.
• Verify weld quality and precision.
• Maintain a safe workplace and meet production schedules.
