Job summary

Westmor Industries is seeking a Fabricator to read blueprints, measure, cut, grind, fit, and assemble metal components on a 4:30 PM to 5:00 AM Monday-Thursday schedule in Morris, MN. Starting pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, with a $3 per hour shift differential for night work.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Measure, cut, grind, fit, and assemble metal components
• Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, presses, brakes, and laser systems
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality, dimensional, and safety standards
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet production schedules

Compensation

The starting pay range for this position is $18-$22 per hour. Final compensation is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and work location. Night shift positions receive an additional $3 per hour shift differential.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday | 4:30 PM - 5:00 AM
