Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Newton, KS is seeking a Fabricator to operate CNC fabrication equipment to cut, punch, drill, and bend metal, and to perform deburring and basic maintenance under supervisor guidance. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, prior MIG welding/fabrication experience, and strong attention to detail. Two shifts are available: 1st shift (5:00 AM–3:30 PM) and 2nd shift (3:30 PM–2:00 AM).

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC fabrication equipment to cut, punch, drill, and bend metal.
• Perform deburring and machine setup as needed.
• Follow supervisor guidance and manage multiple machines as required.

Location: Newton, KS

Join a local team as a Fabricator! You’ll operate CNC fabrication equipment to cut, punch, drill, and bend metal, handle tool and die changes, and perform minor maintenance. Responsibilities include deburring, operating multiple machines as needed, and following supervisor guidance. Experience in tube bending fabrication is a plus.

Job Highlights:

• Pay: $16 - $22 per hour
• Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 5 AM – 3:30 PM; Saturday, 5 AM – 12 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 2 AM; Saturday, 12 PM – 7 PM
• Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Previous experience in MiG welding and fabrication
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
