Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Fabricator to support custom fabrication projects and welding tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work with a team focused on craftsmanship and innovation, setting up welding components and inspecting welds.

The ideal candidate has fabrication experience, may have an associate degree or welding certificate, and can lift up to 50 lbs. This role runs Monday–Friday, 1st Shift, with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous fabrication experience required in your most recent role.
• Associate degree or certificate in welding preferred but not required.
• Experience using various welding equipment and procedures (TIG, etc.).
• Aluminum TIG welding is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Resourceful, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ideal for candidates with backgrounds in machinist work, machine operation, or manufacturing.

• Weld inspection — Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify flaws.
• Fabrication support — Assist with additional fabrication and workshop tasks as assigned.
