Qualifications

• Experience in metal fabrication, welding, or related trade.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with MIG, TIG, or stick welding.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components using welding, cutting, and forming techniques.
• Read blueprints and work orders to ensure accurate production.
• Operate fabrication equipment including welders, grinders, plasma cutters, and hand tools.
• Inspect finished products for quality, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on fabrication equipment, tools, and the shop.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and project goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety regulations.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
