Job summary

E-ONE, a Terex company in Ocala, Florida, is seeking a Fabricator I to join its manufacturing team. You will set up and operate mills, lathes, punches, saws, and related equipment to produce parts for custom fire trucks, maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, following process controls, and working with a lean, 5S environment to minimize waste. You will participate in continuous improvement and support production schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate basic fabrication equipment such as mills, brake press and saw.
• Must be able to read blueprint information for layout work.
• Use measuring equipment to hold tight tolerances.
• Follow safety rules and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates manual lathes to machine parts to tolerances.
• Operates Whitney punch machine to punch holes per drawings.
• Sets up and operates milling machines for precision parts.
• Safely operates PMI saws to cut material per production specs.
• Perform or assist with other operations to maintain workflow.
