Qualifications

• Advanced welding knowledge including experience or training in GMAW processes.
• Prefer 3+ years MIG welding experience.
• Must be knowledgeable in Lean Methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Set parts in fixtures and weld joints per specifications.
• Review materials and prep parts as prescribed.
• Maintain quality by inspecting welds and document results.
• Support training and orientation of new employees.
