Job summary

Seaman Corporation in Northeast Ohio is seeking a Fabricator for A Shift (7am to 7pm) at our Wooster facility, now operating on a 4:3, 12-hour rotation. Must be able to work within that schedule and perform essential manufacturing tasks.

Starting wage is $18.50 per hour plus a shift differential, with opportunities for overtime, bonuses, and advancement. HS Diploma/GED required; some computer skills preferred; background checks and drug screening apply.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate parts on A Shift (7am–7pm).
• Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.

As of March 1, 2026, our Wooster facility has transitioned to a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3, 12-hour shift rotation schedule. Must be able to work within that schedule.
We are currently looking for a Fabricator for A Shift, 7am to 7pm.

Physical Requirements
Ability to bend, lift, stand repetitively throughout the shift
Ability to lift 50 lbs, throughout the work shift
Ability to work with hands, reach with hands and arms

Education & Experience
