Responsibilities

• Think of ways to improve work processes, safety, and efficiency and share ideas.
• Work independently and on project teams.
• Read and interpret drawings and blueprints to determine parts and weld placements.
• Assemble parts using manual and tool-assisted methods, including flashing and brazing.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Operate hand and power tools (drills, saws, tape measures).
• Assist with masonry work and tending.
• Operate a forklift (training provided).
• Work with castable materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the shift supervisor.
