Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a 1st Shift Production Operator to operate light-duty machinery and automation. You will follow SOPs, maintain a clean workspace, and support inventory tasks while helping the team meet quality and production targets.

The role requires ability to lift 30+ pounds, stand for long periods, and communicate clearly. Training is provided on day one, with overtime possible and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds and stand for the shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Follows established SOPs in a production setting with emphasis on quality and detail.
• Performs housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean work area and safety compliance.
• Performs other duties or projects as assigned by your manager or supervisor.
• Operates to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded and drives toward production targets.
