Motion is seeking a Fabricator in Cedar Rapids, IA. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour with progressive raises every 6 months for the first 36 months, plus a $1.00 shift differential.
This role involves setting up and operating mechanical equipment, reading work orders, and performing various fabrication tasks. Responsibilities include baler production, belt sample cutting, extruder operations, and material handling.

Job entails long periods of standing in the operations area, which is often cold in the winter and hot in the summer months. Job requires safety footwear and protective eyewear.
