Job summary

Afinitas in New Hampton, IA is seeking a Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. You will read blueprints, set up welding operations (MIG/TIG/flux core), perform machining and painting as required, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances using micrometers and calipers.

Work in a safe plant environment, maintain equipment, and collaborate with team to resolve quality or production issues. Prior fabrication experience and ability to run open machines preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and machined part prints.

Responsibilities
