Panelmatic is seeking an experienced Fabrication Welder Lead to provide hands-on leadership, technical guidance, and quality oversight for welding and metal fabrication activities. This role leads daily fabrication operations, ensures safety and efficiency, and supports team members in producing high-quality components for custom control panel assemblies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years welding/fabrication experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience in leading or mentoring welding teams is preferred.
• Proficient in MIG welding; TIG welding experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and weld symbols.
• Ability to weld and fabricate mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily fabrication activities and assign work to team members.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding and general metal fabrication tasks.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols.
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components with hand and power tools.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to fabrication team members.
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with drawings.
• Promote a safe work environment and maintain 5S in the workspace.
