Job summary

InSolves is seeking a Fabrication Welder to join our Piketon, OH shop. Under supervision, you will perform welding and fabrication tasks, operate CNC machines, and support overall shop functions to meet quality and safety standards.

The role requires welding experience with TIG, MIG and Stick processes, basic math skills, and the ability to pass pre-employment testing. This position supports a fast-paced team and occasional forklift operation as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years welding/machining experience or equivalent schooling.
• Experience with TIG, MIG and Stick welding.
• Fabrication skills and basic math ability.
• Ability to pass pre-employment tests (weld and machine) and drug screening.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding functions using Stick, TIG, MIG and brazing as needed.
• Operate CNC machines and related equipment safely.
• Set up and position tools, fixtures, and pieces for machining.
• Inspect finished work using precision measuring tools for conformance.
• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs, work independently or in a team.
