Lippert is seeking a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team in Goshen, Indiana. You will weld, fabricate, and repair production fixtures and parts, following prints and safety rules.

This role emphasizes teamwork, quality, and lean practices to support efficient production in a high-demand environment. You will operate MIG welding equipment and power tools, comply with safety standards, and participate in required safety and forklift trainings.

Qualifications

• MIG welding with welding equipment.
• Follow prints and specs to ensure proper welds.
• Inspect welded components for quality.
• Ability to read manuals and technical drawings.
