Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Welder to join our manufacturing team in Indiana. The Welder will assemble components into fixtures and perform welding to join parts, while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

You will rotate across production lines as needed to meet schedules and keep a clean, efficient workspace. Ideal candidates will have experience in a manufacturing setting, familiarity with GMAW welding, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment desired.
• Observance of all safety rules and policies.
• Maintenance of a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components into fixturing and joining by welding.
• Operate welding equipment and adjust gas as needed.
• Identify out-of-conformance issues and report to supervisor.
• Rotate between production teams to meet schedules.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds.
