Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and writing tasks expected.
• Effective communication in speaking and writing.
• Dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle components.
• Ability to follow directions and procedures.
• Ability to stand long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Lifts/moves up to 20 pounds; uses tools like pliers/tweezers.
• Basic computer skills; experience with Wafer FAB tools/flows.
• Dependable team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform wafer fabrication following work instructions and procedures.
• Operate equipment for various stages of wafer fabrication.
• Measure and log data for critical parameters.
• Maintain clean room protocols and wear PPE.
• Document records accurately and thoroughly.
• Move materials between locations as required.
• Visually inspect for quality defects and damaged wafers.
• Handle delicate materials and hazardous chemistries.
• Log data into computer-based applications.
