Job summary

ProMach is seeking a versatile manufacturing technician in Minnesota to operate saws, fabricate sheet metal, and work with laser or water jet technologies. You will run press brakes, weld, machine parts, and assemble components while reading blueprints and ensuring quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of saw operation, deburring, drilling and tapping holes.
• Must be able to operate drill press.
• Forklift and crane certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Saw operation.
• Sheet metal fabrication to include calculating bend allowances for cut size and hole location.
• Working knowledge of laser or water jet.
• Press brake operation with minimal supervision.
• Welding.
• Machining of parts.
• Assembly processes.
• Machine maintenance.
• Capable of reading and interpreting blue prints.
• Produce parts to meet BEC standards in an acceptable amount of time.
• Knows proper tooling for the job.
• Quality orientated.
