Job summary

Sid Harvey’s in Andrews, SC is seeking a skilled Fabrication Technician for our manufacturing team. You will operate CNC plasma cutting, perform manual machining, and weld aluminum components in a fast-paced shop environment.

duties include reading blueprints, inspecting parts, setting up fixtures, and maintaining safety and quality. A hands-on, reliable team member who can work independently is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC plasma tables and performing manual machining.
• Aluminum welding experience (TIG preferred, MIG acceptable).
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings and interpret work orders.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC plasma cutting table.
• Perform manual machining (lathe, mill, drilling, tapping).
• Weld aluminum components (MIG/TIG).
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Measure and inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
• Set up fixtures and tooling as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all shop safety procedures.
