• Knowledge of ship terminology, safety, and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and operate equipment daily.
• Adjust controls to set and regulate machining factors as needed.
• Start machine and reposition workpiece or adjust machine settings as needed.
• Perform production work according to work instructions and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform repairs or adjustments as required.
• Ensure finished product meets specifications and standards and work with minimal supervision.
