Fabrication Technician (Machine Shop & Metal Fabrication)

2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

$21.00-$23.00 per Hour

Fabrication Technician Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication and machine shop equipment
• Cut, drill, grind, and prepare metal components for production
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, drawings, and shop instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to ensure accuracy
• Inspect finished parts for quality, dimensions, and workmanship
• Support assembly and production departments as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety standards and manufacturing procedures

Qualifications for the Fabrication Technician Role

• Previous fabrication, machine shop, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Experience working from blueprints, drawings, or specifications
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools daily
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
