SURGE Staffing is seeking a Metal Fabricator to join our manufacturing and fabrication team in Sewickley, PA. This hands-on role involves working with metal materials and fabrication equipment to produce quality components.

Previous metal fabrication experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate on our machinery and processes. Candidates from related hands-on fields are encouraged to apply and grow with the company.

Formación

• Experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, production, machine operation, construction, welding or assemblies is a plus.
• Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure and work with basic measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to learn new equipment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Operate metal fabrication machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Measure, cut, bend, shape, and assemble metal materials.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete fabrication and assembly tasks.
• Follow work instructions, measurements, and production specifications.
• Inspect finished work for quality, accuracy, and proper fit.
• Make basic adjustments to equipment and processes as needed.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the work area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals.
• Learn and become proficient with company-specific fabrication machinery and processes.
• Perform other production and fabrication duties as assigned.

Job Summary
