Belt Power LLC, a leading distributor and fabricator, seeks a dependable Fabrication Associate to support fabrication and production operations from our Illinois facility. You will fabricate, assemble, and repair industrial products, operate fabrication equipment and hand tools, and help keep a safe, organized work area.

This role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and teamwork. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and interpret measurements; basic math and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair industrial products and components.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Support team operations and assist with a variety of fabrication tasks.
