Job summary

Belt Power LLC is seeking a skilled Fabrication Lead to join our growing operations team in Washington. This hands-on role blends fabrication expertise with leadership, guiding production activities, training team members, and ensuring quality across fabrication and installation operations.

You will lead advanced conveyor belt fabrication, train and mentor the crew, perform splicing and repairs, troubleshoot issues, and support inventory management and safety standards while helping drive

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, conveyor belting, industrial maintenance, or a related mechanical field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership experience or the ability to guide and train others.
• Ability to read measurements, diagrams, and work instructions accurately.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering quality work.
