Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Core Duties

• Measure and construct various structures, including brackets, baseplates, and copper bus parts.
• Execute essential tasks such as drilling, tapping, cutting, and punching to support production.
• Operate various shop machinery and fabrication tools with a focus on efficiency and safety.
• Interpret technical sketches, engineering schematics, and blueprints to guide your work.
• Adhere to specific manufacturing procedures and detailed work orders to ensure consistency.
• Provide support to the welding team to help streamline overall fabrication workflows.
• Maintain high quality standards to ensure all finished goods satisfy customer expectations.
• Uphold all internal quality management policies and established operational protocols.
• Help the team meet critical delivery timelines and production goals for all orders.
• Promote a safe and orderly environment by keeping your workspace tidy.
• Engage in continuous learning through our internal training and professional development initiatives.
• Complete additional tasks as requested by management.
