Aventure Staffing is seeking a Fabrication Technician in Fairmont, MN. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00am–3:30pm) in a high-tech HVAC manufacturing facility that emphasizes ISO9001 quality and lean processes. Pay starts at $18–$19 per hour DOE, with weekly pay and direct deposit or Paycard options.

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus but not required.

Fabrication Technician | $18-$19/hr (DOE) Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm If you enjoy hands-on work, building things, and working HVAC systems, this opportunity is for you!! Join an established high-tech manufacturing company in Fairmont, MN. This position offers the opportunity to work in a high-tech HVAC manufacturing facility that is ISO9001 certified and lean oriented, ensuring rapid customer response and on-time delivery.

What you’ll do:

• Preform necessary functions to prepare parts, sub-assemblies and final assemblies
• Use fabrication equipment and hand/power tools
• Operate machines, technical equipment in a safe, effective and efficient manner
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and measurements.
• Perform stand operating procedures of production and inspection functions as directed

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience a plus, but not necessary
• Knowledge in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Drawing/assembly instruction interpretation skills
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
