Job summary

KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Assembly Technician to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 1st shift.

A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment To learn more about KI, please visit www.ki.com Job duties include hand welding, operating fabrication equipment, and ensuring quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred

Responsibilities

• Successfully hand weld product based on production schedule needs
• Maintain high levels of quality and ensure product is welded properly
• Operation of all fabrication equipment in the cell (robotic welders, hydraulic banks, drill presses)
• Required to operate, edit and program tube or wire bending equipment in the cell
• Follow production schedules, determine what should run and huddle with the team
• Participate in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen events, layout planning, Value Stream Mapping as events happen)
