ManpowerGroup is seeking a Fabrication Support - Temporary in Alexandria, MN to assist the production teams with setup, safety, and quality control. You will collaborate across shifts to maximize output while meeting customer specifications.

The ideal candidate has basic computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, and strong written and verbal communication. A proactive, team-oriented attitude is essential for success in this role.

• Set up and run equipment safely and efficiently to maximize output while meeting customer quality requirements.
• Accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders by reviewing manufacturing orders and packaging based on specifications.
• Perform general machine maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition and provide suggestions for process improvements.

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Fabrication Support Temporary to join their team. As a Fabrication Support, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Fabrication Support - Temporary

Location: Alexandria, MN

Pay Range: $19+/hour

Shifts: 2nd shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, 3rd shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM

-OR-

B Shift: Monday - Wednesday: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM and Thursday: 6:30 PM - 12:30 AM.
