The Aagard Group LLC in Minnesota is seeking a hands-on Fabrication Supervisor to lead the fabrication team, ensuring safety, quality, and timely production. The role involves coaching, mentoring, and coordinating across shifts, with a focus on efficient operation of CNC equipment and reading CAD drawings.

You will drive continuous improvement, supervise team members, and uphold a culture of collaboration and exceptional customer service in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology or related field preferred.

Pay Range: $28.00- $36.50

Knowledge and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Machine Tool Technology or a related field preferred, along with 3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in interviewing, performance management, coaching, and developing teams advantageous
• Proficient in reading CAD drawings and blueprints
• Demonstrated ability to set up and operate CNC equipment
• Experience in machinery fabrication and measuring instruments
• Strong prioritization, time management, organization, proactive decision-making, and attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft products including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Confidence and ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers verbally and in writing
• Commitment to exceeding customer expectations
• Ability to walk or stand up to 100 percent of the time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or climb
