Latitude Corp. is seeking a Production Supervisor – Fabrication to lead daily operations in our fabrication and stamping departments.

This 100% employee-owned team values safety, quality and continuous improvement, with a clean, climate-controlled facility and opportunities to contribute to defense-related projects. The role requires CNC fabrication oversight, scheduling, staffing, and hands-on problem solving.

Competenze

• Minimum of eight years of diverse fabrication experience.
• At least five years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Mansioni

• Oversee CNC programming and fabrication processes.
• Meet production schedules and delivery deadlines.
• Supervise employees including performance evaluations and wage recommendations.
• Manage equipment, staffing, scheduling and departmental resources.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost production standards.
