Job summary

Latitude Corp. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our 100% employee-owned team. The role focuses on developing and improving production processes, ensuring manufacturability of new products, and optimizing workflows to boost efficiency and yield.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in metal fabrication and machining. We offer strong benefits, training, and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in metal fabrication and machining.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and process optimization.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Lead product and process planning teams for new or revised products and processes.
• Support the implementation of new equipment and technology to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with quality, production and sales engineering to ensure product quality and safety.
