Job summary

Responsibilities include enforcing safety, maintaining standards, and mentoring staff in lean/5S practices while collaborating with engineering, quality, and operations teams to meet targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; undergrad preferred.
• 3–5+ years in fabrication/manufacturing with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes and ability to read drawings.
• Lean/5S experience with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily fabrication activities.
• Assign work, set priorities, and monitor production schedules.
• Enforce safety programs and PPE compliance.
• Maintain shop floor presence to ensure safe operations.
• Ensure products meet quality and engineering standards.
• Diagnose production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams.
