Job summary

Metalforms is seeking a seasoned Fabrication Manufacturing Shop Safety Manager to champion our safety culture across Beaumont and Houston facilities. You will implement, enforce, and standardize safety programs to ensure a safe, healthy work environment while driving continuous improvement in productivity and compliance.

Responsibilities include leading risk assessments, incidents investigations, 6S audits, and cross-location safety initiatives, with a focus on OSHA CFR 1926 compliance and lean

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety/engineering or related field.
• 3+ years as Safety Manager in fabrication/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of OSHA CFR 1926 and safety regulations.
• Experience managing multi-location safety programs.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement exposure.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• CSP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and program development across Beaumont and Houston locations.
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and incident investigations with thorough documentation.
• Perform 6S audits and drive workplace organization improvements.
• Lead safety trainings, toolbox talks, and meetings to reinforce protocols.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and drive Lean improvements to boost productivity.
