Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Assistant Fabrication Manager to support the Fabrication Manager at the Aurora, Colorado facility. The role serves as second-in-command for manufacturing operations, overseeing production planning, scheduling, quality control, and safety.

The ideal candidate has strong electrical construction and fabrication experience with 5+ years in related roles and 3+ years of leadership. You will drive continuous improvement, standardize processes, and mentor a skilled shop workforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical construction, fabrication, manufacturing, or related production environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or construction.
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and construction documents.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day fabrication facility operations and support the Fabrication Manager.
• Coordinate production schedules, shop workflow, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with field, project, purchasing, warehouse, and design teams.
• Promote safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production performance and guide lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
