Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Fulton, MS is seeking a Fabrication Manager to oversee welding and fabrication operations on the shop floor. You will coordinate with welders, fabricators, and project stakeholders to keep production moving on first shift.

Responsibilities include scheduling, tool condition, QA/QC adherence, and maintaining safety and 5S+1 standards in an ISO 9001 shop. The role requires hands-on leadership and strong communication to deliver quality parts on time.

Qualifications

• 3 years direct supervisory/management experience on job sites or fab shops.
• Experience in mechanical contracting or process piping preferred.
• Ability to read prints and interpret pipe fitting procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the schedule and keep the shop moving.
• Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition and calibrated.
• Supervise fabrication shop personnel and provide leadership.
• Use proprietary software to list, schedule, and quote fabrication projects.
• Maintain safety, 5S+1, and ISO 9001 compliance for the shop.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Sales, and Quality Inspectors to meet delivery goals.
