Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Fulton, MS is seeking a Fabrication Manager to coordinate welders and fabricators on projects, supervise shop operations, and ensure safety and quality. The role works on the first shift with a 6:00 a.m.

start, reporting to the fabrication leadership and collaborating with Project Managers, sales, and procurement. The incumbent will lead scheduling, tool calibration, and 5S+1 improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance and customer delivery expectations.

Qualifications

• 3 years direct supervisory/management experience on job sites or shop floor.
• Experience in welding, fabrication, pipefitting, and schedule planning preferred.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and non-conformance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set and manage production schedules for fabrication shop.
• Ensure tools and equipment meet calibration specs and are in good condition.
• Supervise fabrication shop personnel and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Read drawings to create parts and prototypes; train fabricators.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and 5S+1 inspections.
