Job summary

You will mentor site supervisors, manage field crews, and ensure on-time delivery, quality plans, and compliance with safety standards. Travel up to 40% for site visits and client meetings; stainless steel fabrication experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and cost analysis to support operational objectives and bids.
• Develop project schedules, means/methods, and lift/shipping plans.
• Lead field crews and mentor site supervisors for safety and performance.
• Oversee tool, equipment, and material planning for job sites.
• Coordinate QA/QC with quality plans and testing for field projects.
• Travel with short notice to support sales and project needs (0-40%).
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ASME code paperwork where required.
