Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workload and shift operations with shop Leads and Supervisors.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and quality standards are met.
• Operate and oversee department equipment and tools.
• Mentor teammates and help train on equipment use.
• Maintain communication with Supervisors and department Leads.
