Blue Origin is seeking a Fabrication Operations Shift Leader to manage production teams on assigned shifts, overseeing machining, welding, and precision assembly. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and meeting production targets while driving shop floor excellence.

You will implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and collaborate with engineering to interpret drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fabrication or manufacturing experience in aerospace or related industries.
• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• HS diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in production.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
