Job summary

PowerSecure, Inc. is seeking a Fabrication Quality Control Inspector to ensure welds, paint, powder coat, and fabrication meet design and customer specs at the DI Campus and Randleman locations.

The role requires 2+ years in quality assurance or fabrication, proficiency in reading drawings, and strong English communication. The position emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and thorough documentation in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in quality assurance or fabrication
• Able to read mechanical drawings and welding/coating symbols
• Excellent English communication skills required
• Capable of using computer software to enter data

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in production areas
• Inspect finished products for conformance to specs and designs
• Maintain inspection equipment and identify defects
• Document inspection results and NCRs; communicate with engineering and manufacturing teams
• Assist in non-conforming material tracking and corrective actions
• Support continual product quality improvements
