Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in industrial fabrication project management, strong leadership, and proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project. Expect a fast-paced environment with attention to cost forecasting and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience managing industrial fabrication projects.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to build resource-loaded schedules and understand critical path.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and completion of fabrication projects within safety, quality, and budget constraints.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Develop schedules, monitor progress, and report variances in scope, schedule, or budget.
• Allocate resources to meet milestones and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure project success.
• Forecast and project costs and provide financial projections.
