• Experience leading fabrication, mechanical assembly, industrial plumbing, equipment installation, or related operations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, piping diagrams, layouts, bills of material, and technical specifications.
• Proven project management experience with schedules, purchasing, budgets, documentation, vendors, field work, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day fabrication and assembly activities, assign work, monitor progress, and set shop priorities.
• Oversee system assembly, quality checks, shipment prep, delivery, field installation, and service support.
• Manage projects from handoff through completion, coordinating scope, schedule, budget, and documentation.
