Job summary

Therm-x of California is seeking a Fabrication Project Engineer / Project Manager to drive fabrication projects from engineering release to production completion. You will coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, CNC Programming, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery within cost and quality constraints.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background with CNC and fabrication experience, strong GD&T knowledge, and proficiency in project planning tools to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, machining, project engineering, or project management.
• Experience in CNC machining / fabrication / machine-shop environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and coordination with shop-floor execution.
• Experience with engineering and CAD software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables for fabrication projects.
• Coordinate projects from engineering release through manufacturing and final delivery.
• Track project status, schedules, priorities, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate activities between Engineering, CNC Programming, Manufacturing, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and other departments.
• Review drawings, BOMs, manufacturing requirements, and project scope before production release.
