Job summary

JBS Foods in Colorado is seeking a line supervisor to oversee product quality, line yields, and the safety and motivation of hourly staff. You will ensure line products meet specifications, complete pre-operational paperwork, and comply with union regulations.

The role requires 1–2 years in a packing environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate a diverse team. Bilingual abilities are a plus; the position includes benefits and a base salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years background experience in packing house.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

• Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
• Paid Time off: sick leave, vacation and 6 company observed holidays;
• 401(k): eligible after the 1st day of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule
• Base salary range of $68,000 – $78,000
• This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan; the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
