Job summary

Pilgrim is seeking a Fabrication Production Supervisor on A Shift in Colorado to oversee line operations. You will supervise all hourly employees, ensure product quality and yields, and uphold safety standards while coordinating pre-operational paperwork and training.

The role requires solid knowledge of product specifications, strong communication, and the ability to motivate a team; bilingual skills are a plus. Union compliance and disciplined supervision are essential responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years background experience in packing house.
• Knowledge of products and their specifications.
• Good communication skills including ability to motivate workers.
• Bilingual important, but not mandatory.

• Base salary range of $68,000 – $78,000
• This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan; the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
