Job summary

Bee Talent Solutions is recruiting a Fab Operator for our client in Chandler, AZ. The successful candidate will support manufacturing of electronic components in a cleanroom environment, following schedule and SOPs.

Responsibilities include processing materials to quality standards, preparing tooling, performing routine equipment checks, collecting data, and identifying non-conforming material while complying with EH&S regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience following standard operating procedures in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment.
• Attention to quality and data recording during production processes.

• Contribute improvement activities and participate within working groups.
• Achieve production targets by undertaking tasks according to specified plan and priorities using local decision making to account for material and equipment availability.
• Interface with maintenance and engineering staff regularly throughout a shift.
• Comply with Environmental Health and Safety regulations within the working environment.
