Engineering Services and Products Company is seeking a Production Worker to prepare and assemble products, using a range of tools and equipment. The role emphasizes safe operation, accurate measurement, and adherence to work orders within a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include fabricating/assembling parts, inspecting quality, and maintaining an organized workstation. Training may include forklift operation and daily maintenance duties as needed.

Formación

• Knowledge of corporate production methods and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and instructions.
• Ability to use power and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to use a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to handle production raw materials.
• Skilled in following directions and problem solving.
• Must have appropriate communication skills.
• Ability to read, follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Set up tools, appliances, benches and materials needed to assemble/fabricate the product.
• Operate power and hand tools and other manufacturing machines.
• Load and unload workstation with tooling and product.
• Review work orders for instructions or special requirements.
• Measure and position materials per drawings and work orders.
• Fabricate and/or assemble product.
• Inspect work for quality and address errors or rework as needed.
• Prepare finished product for next assembly or transfer as instructed.
• Maintain safe operation per ESAPCO procedures and regulations.
• Document work completed.
• Keep a clean and organized workstation; perform daily equipment maintenance.
• Operate a sit-down forklift as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
