Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees not required; relevant experience preferred.
• 3–5 years in fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Experience with welding operations and quality control systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily fabrication activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and resources to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain safety, 5S/6S practices, and process documentation.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop fabrication staff to meet targets.
