Job summary
McCarl's LLC in the United States seeks a heavy-industrial fabrication operations leader to drive performance across Aliquippa and Muncy facilities, focusing on process piping and modular/skid fabrication for power, oil & gas, chemical, and industrial markets.
The role integrates estimating, project execution, resource planning, technology, and shop production to achieve safe, predictable, and profitable fabrication outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong background in heavy-industrial process piping fabrication and mechanical construction.
- Proven leadership of project and production teams.
- Experience implementing automation and production-management systems.
- Deep knowledge of estimating, project management, scheduling, and financial performance.
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and identify fabrication opportunities.
- Experience with modular/skid fabrication across multi-location operations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own execution of fabrication business plan including revenue, backlog and margins.
- Lead fabrication technology adoption and data-driven planning.
- Oversee estimating, project management, and project engineering interfaces.
- Translate backlog into capacity and production plans across facilities.
- Develop and sustain relationships with owners, EPCs, and contractors.
- Lead cross-functional Fabrication PM, Procurement, Planning and Production teams.
