Job summary

You will guide the manufacturing team, review engineering drawings, forecast costs, and drive safety and continuous improvement across the shop, ensuring on-time delivery and quality for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement.
• 8-10 years of progressive fabrication/manufacturing operations experience.
• Experience leading supervisors and cross-functional teams; procurement/production planning a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own project scheduling and execution across fabrication projects.
• Lead, coach, and manage Manufacturing team performance.
• Oversee review of engineering drawings and material ordering.
• Develop and manage labor and material budgets.
• Champion safety culture and OSHA compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in shop processes and layout.
• Keep stakeholders informed on schedules, risks, and issues.
• Manage capacity planning and weekly shipping schedule meetings.
• Sustain welding compliance with AWS codes.
• Champion ERP system accuracy and cataloging.
